The challenge
Renkemet arrived with an all-inclusive brand book that had outgrown its own usefulness. As product development accelerated, the single monolithic document became difficult to manage—and nearly impossible to share in relevant pieces with the right team members and stakeholders.
The startup was heavily tech-focused, but its brand strategy had drifted out of alignment with its business plan. Meanwhile, design and development had raced ahead of strategy, quietly accumulating design debt along the way. What Renkemet needed wasn't more documentation. It needed clarity, structure, and a strategic foundation its growing product ecosystem could actually build on.
Our approach
We opened with a two-part competitive landscape audit, clarifying Renkemet's differentiation while surfacing market patterns and open whitespace. With that insight in hand, the client resolved the misalignments between their business plan and the strategy drafted in the original brand book.
From there, we built a focused brand strategy framework—drawing on audit findings and the strongest elements of the existing material—then developed messaging and visual guides directly from it. Finally, we briefed the team on projecting these strategic directions across their developing product ecosystem and optimizing their design system to scale cleanly as the company grows.

Result
In three weeks, Renkemet moved from an unwieldy brand book to a modular, strategy-led system aligned with its business goals and ready to scale. Fragmented documentation became clear, shareable frameworks each team could use independently, and design finally had strategy to follow rather than outrun.
"A practical, accessible partner who delivers high-quality brand and digital systems without overcomplicating the process." — Renkemet
